Partnership with Legacy 1031

Founded by Bart Harrison, our partnership with Legacy 1031 enables us to offer tailored 1031 Exchange solutions that empower individual investors to defer capital gains tax by reinvesting in institutional-quality commercial properties. With a focus on personalized strategies and meticulous support, we guide our clients through every step of the exchange process, working toward a smooth transition and positive investment outcomes.

For investors looking to move away from the responsibility of directly managing properties, Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and Opportunity Zone Funds present a possible option for certain investors. By utilizing DSTs or Opportunity Zone Funds, investors can enjoy tax-deferred growth, portfolio diversification, and the ability to shift from hands-on property management to more passive, professionally managed real estate opportunities. These options may be ideal for investors who are seeking a different investment approach and looking to reap the potential rewards of real estate investments.

Together with Legacy 1031, we are committed to delivering exceptional value and providing well-informed recommendations that are designed to match your personal risk profile and investment objectives.
